Sasha Gomez is the Executive Director of Psychosocial Education and the visionary owner of the organization. Born and raised in Ventura County, Southern California, Sasha's life has been a journey of exploration and discovery. Her deep passion for communication and helping others has always been the driving force in everything she does. Sasha's odyssey has taken her far and wide, across the United States and overseas She has been fortunate to immerse herself in diverse cultures and ways of life. Sasha's wanderlust led her to extensive travel and educational experiences, including studying abroad in Heredia, Costa Rica and Havana, Cuba. She backpacked through Panama and lived in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, each adventure honing her communication skills in new and exciting ways. Her commitment to adhering to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) code of ethics ensures the highest standards in her field. She graduated with honors, earning a Master's in Social Work (M.S.W.) from California Baptist University (CBU), and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications Studies from California State Northridge (CSUN). Sasha's dedication to her craft is further underlined by an impressive array of over a dozen certifications, including one from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Her professional journey began as an investigative reporter for ABC and Fox News affiliate stations; however, it was only a short time before she recognized the shortcomings of office politics, leaders, and conventional media in not addressing root causes. This epiphany drove her to open the doors to Sasha Consulting Co., a platform designed to create meaningful change in people's lives while simultaneously pursuing her educational aspirations.

In her spare time, Sasha finds joy in life's simple pleasures. She shares her moments of relaxation with her beloved Yorkie Chihuahua, Luna, and enjoys evening walks, film-watching, and reading. She is now pursuing a American Sign Language (ASL). Sasha enjoys dressing up, traveling, and attending events with her loved ones from all walks of life. Yet, her most profound sense of tranquility is in moments of stillness, meditation, and the transformative power of breathwork.

Mary Kerrigan, born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, brings over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to Sasha Consulting Co. Originally pursuing a music career, Mary found her true calling in social work, driven by a deep-seated passion for helping others. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she embraced the mission of educating diverse populations, influencing systemic change, and strengthening families. 

Mary's approach to social work is deeply rooted in attachment theory, emphasizing the critical impact of early childhood trauma and its long-lasting effects. Her specialized focus includes addressing often-overlooked addictions to food, eating, clutter, work, and relationships. 

Mary offers compassion, humor, and practical guidance to individuals struggling with these challenges. Her belief in the intrinsic goodness within every person fuels her hope and dedication to those seeking her wealth of knowledge.

In addition to her Master's degree, Mary holds a post-graduate certificate in Trauma-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Circle of Security Attachment Treatment. She is also a Licensed Spiritual Counselor (CSL #1-117149), integrating a holistic approach to her practice.

Outside of her professional life, Mary enjoys various activities that reflect her diverse interests and talents. She teaches and practices Tai Chi, participates in international folk dancing, directs her church choir, and engages in playwriting. These hobbies enrich her life and enhance her ability to connect with and inspire those with whom she works.

Joseph D. Rochon is an accomplished leader and assumes the Director of Client Support role at Sasha Consulting Co., bringing a wealth of experience and unwavering dedication to the organization.  

Originating from Seattle, Washington, Rochon has always been guided by his faith, shaping his life's purpose. 

In his pursuit of spiritual growth and enlightenment, Rochon embarked on a transformative journey, enrolling in a Christian Bible School at Global University in the autumn of 1997. The seeds of his passion for ministry were sown during this time, fueling his unwavering commitment to helping individuals break free from the shackles that bind them. 

Residing in Ventura County, California, Rochon takes great pride in being the loving father of three remarkable young ladies. Understanding the importance of leading by example, he cherishes every moment spent with his daughters, demonstrating the essence of a compassionate and devoted father. 

Beyond his role as a family man, Rochon has dedicated himself to fostering a sense of community for those needing mentorship and support. Recognizing the profound impact of human connection, he strives to be a pillar of strength and a familiar face to lean on for others.  

Rochon's genuine concern for the well-being of individuals around him has fueled his mental and emotional health and ignited a deep-seated desire to empower others to experience the same sense of belonging and fulfillment.

Mark Contreras is a dedicated education professional who serves as a Principal in Ventura County, California. With his extensive experience and expertise in the field, Mark brings valuable insights and leadership skills to his role as the Director of Professional Development & Training at Sasha Consulting Co.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education with Health and English Language Development from Cal State University, Chico, demonstrating his commitment to promoting holistic well-being and inclusive education. He further pursued his educational journey by completing a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Azusa Pacific University, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his leadership role.

As the Director of Professional Development & Training, Mark specializes in coaching, community outreach, leadership development, lesson planning, and public speaking. His passion for empowering educators and fostering their professional growth is evident in his dedication to providing high-quality training programs and resources. Mark understands the importance of ongoing learning and its impact on educational outcomes.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mark has a strong affinity for sports and enjoys officiating various sports events. This hobby allows him to stay connected to the athletic community and continue fostering positive relationships. 

Additionally, Mark is dedicated to personal fitness and finds solace in working out, prioritizing his physical well-being. Mark's love for animals is reflected in his cherished companionship with his dog, Bentley. Spending quality time with Bentley brings joy and relaxation to Mark's life, reinforcing the importance of balance and personal connections.

Lucas Whelan is renowned for his exceptional ability to connect with people, build trust, and foster positive relationships. His passion for helping others and his astute financial acumen make him an invaluable asset to the organization.

Lucas earned his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the prestigious University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). His comprehensive understanding of mathematical principles has equipped him with a unique perspective when it comes to analyzing financial data and making strategic decisions.

In addition to his academic achievements, Lucas holds the esteemed Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. This internationally recognized qualification reflects his expertise in investment management and financial analysis. Lucas leverages his in-depth knowledge of the financial landscape to ensure Sasha Consulting Co.'s financial strategies are effective and sustainable, ultimately driving the organization towards success.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Lucas is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He volunteers his time and skills for Spread the Word Nevada, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving literacy rates and educational opportunities for children. His involvement with this organization demonstrates his strong sense of social responsibility and his belief in the transformative power of education.

As the Director of Holistic Financial and Personal Development at Sasha Consulting Co., he plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its mission of empowering individuals and fostering thriving communities.

With a passion for personal development, a love for the outdoors, and a heart for serving his community, Dashawn Lee brings a unique blend of skills and qualities to our team. Dashawn's commitment to personal growth is evident in his choice of reading material. He's an avid reader of John C. Maxwell, a renowned leadership and personal development expert. Dashawn understands the value of continuous learning and how it can contribute to personal and professional success. Dashawn is more than an Executive Assistant; he is a current American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP) member and is actively pursuing the prestigious PACE (Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence) certification. His commitment to ongoing professional development demonstrates his dedication to expanding his knowledge and expertise in the field. Beyond his role as an Executive Assistant, Dashawn is a dedicated volunteer in the Children's Ministry at his local church. He's deeply committed to positively impacting children's lives, emphasizing the importance of kindness, values, and personal growth from an early age.

George Lopez is a compassionate and caring individual who serves as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Sasha Consulting Co. With a deep understanding of adversity and a genuine love for helping others, George brings a unique perspective to his role. He is a well-liked figure in his community, known for his empathy and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact.

Having faced and overcome significant challenges in his own life, George can relate to people from all walks of life. This enables him to connect with clients personally, fostering trust and understanding. George's ability to empathize and provide support allows him to guide individuals through their journeys, empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

In addition to being a Substance Abuse Counselor, George holds a degree in Sociology and an Associate of Science in Addictive Disorders Studies in the Criminal Justice System, along with several certifications. His educational background and expertise in the field make him a valuable asset to Sasha Consulting Co., particularly in Public Safety, Health, & Wellness.

As a Substance Abuse Counselor, George's passion for assisting addiction patients reflects his caring and compassionate nature. He is dedicated to supporting individuals in their recovery and is well-versed in the complexities of addictive disorders. George's knowledge and experience allow him to provide practical guidance and strategies to those in need.

Ethics and integrity are of paramount importance to George. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, he ensures that all coaching sessions and interactions are conducted with the highest professional and ethical standards. George enjoys watching all sports in his spare time and is a huge Dodger fan. This passion for sports brings him joy and allows him to connect with clients on a personal level, as he understands the positive impact that hobbies and interests can have on overall well-being.
