Sasha Gomez is the founder of Sasha Consulting, Co., a cross-sector consulting and educational firm specializing in psychoeducation, systems functionality, and trauma-informed organizational development. Her work helps organizations and professionals understand how human and operational systems function under pressure and how to restore clarity, alignment, and sustainability as complexity grows.

Sasha works with clients across education, manufacturing, and advanced technical environments, supporting leaders and teams in strengthening communication, decision-making, emotional regulation, and structural design. Her consulting is educational and strategic in nature, translating neuroscience, psychosocial theory, and systems thinking into practical tools that improve performance and well-being without crossing into clinical treatment.

Born and raised in Ventura County, California, Sasha has long been drawn to the power of communication and systems-level understanding. Her background includes extensive cross-cultural experience, having lived in Guadalajara, Mexico; studied in Heredia, Costa Rica, and Havana, Cuba; and taught students in Beijing, China. These experiences shaped her ability to work effectively across diverse environments while remaining attentive to context, culture, and organizational dynamics.

Sasha holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) with honors from California Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge. She has completed advanced trauma-informed and psychoeducational training, including certifications through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She has also completed one year as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, an experience that deepened her understanding of the importance of structure, supervision, and systems design in ethical and sustainable practice.

Before founding Sasha Consulting, Co., Sasha worked as an investigative reporter for ABC News affiliates. Witnessing how complex problems were often identified without sustainable solutions led her to shift from reporting system failures to helping organizations understand and correct them. This background uniquely equips her to analyze complexity, communicate across disciplines, and design educational frameworks that lead to measurable change.

At the core of Sasha’s work is faith and integrity; a belief that growth, clarity, and healing are possible when people and systems are supported with truth, compassion, and accountability. She adheres to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and remains committed to lifelong learning and ethical practice.

Outside of her professional work, Sasha enjoys evening walks with her Yorkie-Chihuahua, Luna, watching films, attending symphonies, traveling, and engaging in reflective practices that support rest and integration.

Mary Kerrigan, MSW is the Associate Director of Systems Assessment & Psychoeducation at Sasha Consulting, Co., where she brings decades of prior clinical practice and systems-informed experience into educational, industrial, and relational consulting work. Her background in clinical social work provides a strong foundation for understanding human behavior, communication patterns, and relational dynamics within complex systems.

Mary conducts systems-based and psychoeducational assessments across education, industry, and relational systems, working with students, educators, leaders, families, and couples. While her professional roots are grounded in many years of clinical practice, her role at Sasha Consulting, Co. is non-clinical and advisory in scope, translating clinical insight into education, assessment, and strategic systems guidance.

Over the course of her career, Mary has worked extensively with diverse populations in clinical, educational, and organizational settings. This depth of experience allows her to recognize patterns quickly, hold nuance with steadiness, and offer informed perspectives that support clarity, regulation, and ethical decision-making across environments.

In her leadership role, Mary collaborates closely with executive leadership to transform assessment findings into actionable recommendations. She co-facilitates psychoeducational programs and trainings for school districts, organizations, and leadership teams, contributing evaluative expertise and applied instruction informed by real-world practice.

Mary holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and remains deeply committed to ethical standards, reflective practice, and lifelong learning. At Sasha Consulting, Co., she is valued for her wisdom, discernment, and ability to integrate human insight with systems-level thinking.

With a heart for service, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting others, Sara Esparza plays a vital role at Sasha Consulting, Co. Born and raised in Oxnard, CA, she brings over 20 years of experience in complex systems analysis and problem resolution, making her an expert in efficiency, strategic support, and organizational excellence. Her ability to navigate high-stakes environments, advocate for fair resolutions, and manage intricate workflows makes her an invaluable asset to our trauma-informed agency.

More than an Executive Assistant, Sara is a dedicated professional committed to excellence and continuous learning. She is an active member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP) and is currently pursuing the prestigious PACE (Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence) certification. Her investment in professional growth reflects the same values of self-advocacy and personal development that Sasha Consulting, Co. encourages in individuals and organizations alike.

Beyond her professional expertise, Sara is deeply passionate about helping others feel valued and heard. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, party planning, and decorating—infusing creativity and joy into everything she does.

Joseph D. Rochon is an accomplished leader and assumes the Director of Client Support role at Sasha Consulting, Co., bringing a wealth of experience and unwavering dedication to the organization.  

Originating from Seattle, Washington, Rochon has always been guided by his faith, shaping his life's purpose. 

In his pursuit of spiritual growth and enlightenment, Rochon embarked on a transformative journey, enrolling in a Christian Bible School at Global University in the autumn of 1997. The seeds of his passion for ministry were sown during this time, fueling his unwavering commitment to helping individuals break free from the shackles that bind them. 

Residing in Ventura County, California, Rochon takes great pride in being the loving father of three remarkable young ladies. Understanding the importance of leading by example, he cherishes every moment spent with his daughters, demonstrating the essence of a compassionate and devoted father. 

Beyond his role as a family man, Rochon has dedicated himself to fostering a sense of community for those needing mentorship and support. Recognizing the profound impact of human connection, he strives to be a pillar of strength and a familiar face to lean on for others.

Mark Contreras is a dedicated education professional who serves as a Principal in Ventura County, California. With his extensive experience and expertise in the field, Mark brings valuable insights and leadership skills to his role as the Director of Professional Development & Training at Sasha Consulting, Co.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education with Health and English Language Development from Cal State University, Chico, demonstrating his commitment to promoting holistic well-being and inclusive education. He further pursued his educational journey by completing a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Azusa Pacific University, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his leadership role.

As the Director of Professional Development & Training, Mark specializes in coaching, community outreach, leadership development, lesson planning, and public speaking. His passion for empowering educators and fostering their professional growth is evident in his dedication to providing high-quality training programs and resources. Mark understands the importance of ongoing learning and its impact on educational outcomes.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mark has a strong affinity for sports and enjoys officiating various sports events. This hobby allows him to stay connected to the athletic community and continue fostering positive relationships. 

Additionally, Mark is dedicated to personal fitness and finds solace in working out, prioritizing his physical well-being. Mark's love for animals is reflected in his cherished companionship with his dog, Bentley. Spending quality time with Bentley brings joy and relaxation to Mark's life, reinforcing the importance of balance and personal connections.

George Lopez is a compassionate and caring individual who serves as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Sasha Consulting, Co. With a deep understanding of adversity and a genuine love for helping others, George brings a unique perspective to his role. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, George's passion for assisting addiction patients reflects his caring and compassionate nature. He is dedicated to supporting individuals in their recovery and is well-versed in the complexities of addictive disorders. George's knowledge and experience allow him to provide practical guidance and strategies to those in need.

Ethics and integrity are of paramount importance to George.
